The name Riya's Riyaaz was discovered on a lazy work day brainstorming fancy blog names with a dear friend. While the homonym is quirky it is apt because it amalgamates Riya (my name) with Riyaaz (Practice). The blog is my practice of collecting my thoughts, my travels, my work and other anecdotes of life that I feel deeply about.
As I was going through my phone gallery, I noticed I have clicked pictures of admired the sky more, in the four months of lock down, than in the eight years that I have lived here.
